About

I’m Feds. I photograph motorbikes, cars and the music scene that keeps crossing paths with them — in and around Liverpool.

Feds in a cap and dark jacket, shooting with a long-lens camera held up over the face, with the Liverpool waterfront lit up across the river at dusk.

How it started

I started off as a car and bike photographer — I still am, and I absolutely love it. I was taking pictures of cars way before 2024, but that’s the year I decided to take it more seriously. With a Canon EOS 600D, I started going to track days at Three Sisters Circuit in Wigan, Cars and Coffee Liverpool and many more car and bike events.

In March 2026 I got a Sony a6400 with a 55–210mm lens, and a few months later the bike nights at the Britannia Inn became a thing. At the very first one I met Max, who became a good friend.

Without him, I’d probably still just be going to car events to take pictures.

What came next

After a while he hired me for my first private shoot, and that’s where I started growing massively. People in the bike community started recognising me on the street, and I got hired for more private shoots.

Then Max brought me along to a music video shoot with EMZ and JRC. After that I stuck to bike shoots for a while, until EMZ messaged me to say Formatt TV — who cover Liverpool’s underground rap scene — needed some bikes for a shoot. Obviously, I said yes.

That ended up being the biggest project I’ve worked on: Homegrown. The shoot was for the show’s promo video, and I met a bunch of music artists there — Booph, SM, T5 Montana and a few more. They collaborated with me on Instagram, which gave me even more reach.

What’s next

That’s about where I’ve got to now. Next, I’m planning on expanding more into the music side of things, and possibly learning videography as well.

Inspiration

What started it all was my childhood passion for cars and motorbikes. But when I got into photography, I found a few photographers whose style influences how I take pictures even to this day: Tim Wallace, George Williams and Frederic Schlosser.
